These FAQs did not answer my question, what should I do?
1. How can I tell when new enrollment information is available for a specific
school?
New enrollment data is typically available after the add/drop period has passed for the school’s semester. After you select a school, if it has provided us with a schedule of its upcoming enrollment data submissions, the most recent available enrollment information will be displayed in a pop-up
window (as shown below). Click “OK” to continue. Click “Cancel” to display the school’s next scheduled enrollment submission.

- Enter more specific information, such as the school's full name.
- Enter only the partial school name and/or state.
- Many schools are similarly named. Use the location to narrow your search.
- Click here for a list of participating EnrollmentVerify schools. If the school is not on this list, contact the school's registrar office for

10. What information does EnrollmentVerify provide?
EnrollmentVerify provides enrollment history and status for the past 18 months, as
reported by the school. If the school has not authorized the release of enrollment status, EnrollmentVerify will confirm only that a student is enrolled during the term. If the subject attended the institution but is NOT currently enrolled, it will be noted on the verification above the attendance history table.
Occasionally an institution will not verify enrollment even when a student is currently enrolled, such as when a student has exercised the right to restrict the release of information without consent or there is a hold on the student’s record. If enrollment cannot be confirmed, contact the institution directly.

13. Is the Clearinghouse a "primary source" for education verifications?
Yes. As the authorized legal representative of its participating educational institutions, the Clearinghouse is considered a primary source for degree and enrollment data. This allows the Clearinghouse to
report student data to the U.S. Department of Education, state student loan guaranty agencies, and organizations performing verifications for professional licensing and credentialing. The Clearinghouse confirms degree and enrollment records provided by schools to requestors without additions or changes. To comply with Department of Education requirements, the Clearinghouse is subject to an annual audit by an independent accounting firm, which it has never failed.
