Batch File Exchanges
One of the benefits of StudentTracker is your ability to use it to enrich
your records with enrollment and degree data* from other institutions.
StudentTracker's batch file exchange feature enables you to obtain information
for large group cohort studies using one of four research options (to learn
more, see "Types of Searches"):
- Former Prospective Students: Verifies the subsequent enrollment of
your former applicants who never enrolled and prospects who never applied
- Former Students: Verifies the subsequent enrollment of your former
undergraduate and graduate students
- Current Applicants: Verifies the previous enrollment of your
current applicants
- Sibling/Parent Students: Verifies the subsequent enrollment of your
current students' family members
